- Changes or cancellations require our written consent and may incur fees.
3. Payments:
- Pay as per invoice. Late payments may have interest and collection fees.
- Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery & Shipping:
- Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed. We're not liable for delays outside our control.
- You pay for shipping, customs, and taxes, unless agreed otherwise.
- Risk of loss transfers to you once goods are given to the carrier.
